About this event
This class is best for Trial Classes, Unranked Students, and Rank 1 Students. It is an introduction to common parkour movements, technique, and theory. The group-style classes focus on strength and conditioning, style, fluidity, agility, speed, jumping, and acrobatics. Students will learn to use their environment to get from one place to another in the most efficient way possible.
