PBA 5K, 8K and 10K Race & 2 Town Walk/Run

About this event

Welcoming all the runners that missed the race on Sept 27 due to the storm. You've already paid and registerd, but we are asking for a donation for our food packaging event on March 6 to support 5 local food pantries.

All STERLING Races begin at Weidele's Restaurant at 10am on Sunday, November 15.

Registration and Bib pickup FOR ALL RACES is at 8:30-9-30 at Weidele's Restaurant

NOTE SHUTTLE CHANGE : For those interested in starting in Plainfield (Moosup), we are offering a 5K with a shuttle to the starting line. Park at Weidele's and register between 8:30 and 10am, and new will bring you to the starting line in Moosup. It's a 5k walk/run to Sterling.

Also, we made some changes to the Moosup to Sterling 5K. It will be an individual start vs a group start. So you a start your time in Moosup when you arrive, you don't have to wait until the posted start time of 10:30 am, especially if you are walking to Sterling.

NEW RACE ADDITION! Some have asked if they can run/walk TWO races back to back. Why not! When you register for the NEW STERLING EARLY START (9:00am), Run/Walk the 5K to Moosup, and then Run/Walk another 5K from Moosup back to Sterling as a separate race. The staff will call in your Bib number when you start the 2nd race from Moosup.

Registration opens at 8:30 at Weidele's Restaurant. There will be coffee, bagels, bananas and breakfast calzone at 9-10, and any kind of Artisan Pizza, grinders, salads, etc at 11:30 -1 pm. The first beer in on us!
